When you contact us via the contact form, email or messenger, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, message) to handle your inquiry. We only share data with third parties to the extent necessary to process your inquiry or as required by law.

For vehicle registration services, we process data from your identity and vehicle documents as required to fulfill the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and forward it to our registration partner and the registration authority. The transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The documents are not stored by us. You can withdraw your consent at any time; we will then extract the data manually.

This website uses technically necessary cookies required for the site to function, which do not require consent. Additionally, we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) – only with your prior consent via the cookie banner – to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and display relevant advertising to users. In doing so, cookies may be set and data may be transmitted to Google and processed there, including outside the EU. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please contact the above contact details for this.
